Thank you for choosing Shopeleven. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. All orders will be delivered within 7-10 days.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic deliveries generally take between 5 to 10 business days. International deliveries may take between 7 to 20 business days. These timeframes are estimates and can vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries. Shopeleven is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the order, the delivery destination, and the courier service selected. Promotional offers may include free shipping on eligible orders. Any such offers will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address while placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay the additional shipping cost for reshipment. Shopeleven is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email or SMS. Tracking details may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update in the courier system. If you face any issue with tracking, you may contact us for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Shopeleven is not responsible for a package after it has been marked as delivered by the courier service. If the product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item. We will review the case and provide further assistance.
